• At most 1 external link (0 or 1). Links to any other domain — including any other domain (legacy or third-party hosts) — count as external.
• mailto:, tel:, and bare # fragments are ignored and do not count toward either limit.
• javascript: links are not allowed.

Linked images are counted by the wrapping link’s destination under the same rules.

AI-Generated Content

You may use AI tools for brainstorming, grammar improvements, research assistance, and draft preparation. Every submission must still be reviewed by a human, edited for clarity, factually accurate, original, and valuable to readers. Low-quality, unedited AI spam may be rejected or removed.

What We Do Not Accept

We do not publish articles containing plagiarism, copyright infringement, duplicate or thin content, keyword stuffing, fake news, false medical claims, hate speech, violence, illegal activities, adult content, malware, phishing, pirated software, excessive self-promotion, link schemes, or automatically generated spam.

Publishing

When InstantGuestPost is set to publish immediately, successful submissions go live and you will see a confirmation page with a View post button (opens in a new tab). If approval before publishing is enabled, you will be returned to the homepage after submit and the post will wait for review.

Editing an already-published post re-applies the same content rules; the save is blocked if the rules fail.

Author Responsibilities

By submitting an article, you confirm that you own the content, it is accurate, you have permission for all media, it does not violate copyright, and it complies with applicable laws. Authors remain responsible for the opinions and statements in their articles.

Content Updates and Removal
